Sabah Entrepreneur Facilitation Center or PBUNS was established under the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development (MECD) as a one stop agency to develop entrepreneur and entrepreneurship in Sabah.  PBUNS is managed by Sedcovest Holdings Sdn Bhd and has been in operation since August 1999.
