The setting up of the Bulk Cement Terminal in Lahad Datu could further accelerate the pace of development in the State especially the East Coast. Seen as a far-sighted venture, it would not only provide great impact to the economy but also bring about direct benefit to the people. Officiating the launching on August 15, 2009, Chief Minister, Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman said with the commissioning of the cement plant, Cement Industries (S) Sdn Bhd would ensure sufficient cement supply for the State. |
